Who are you? 

Are you a cognitive psychologist, aerospace engineer or educational scientist with a heart for aviation? Do you have knowledge of human factors and are you interested in improving human performance in demanding operational environments? Or do you have knowledge of and experience with fatigue risk management in safety-critical environments? What do we do in the field of human performance? 

Our team employs consultants and experts with a wealth of experience in the field of human performance in aviation. Our mission is to facilitate the work of operational staff and enable them to always perform at their best and continue to adapt to changes in their field. We also work with our clients to manage and prevent fatigue among operational staff. To this end, we carry out assignments, give advice and lead projects for our clients. In addition, we provide international training and workshops in the field of human performance. 

Who are we? 

MovingDot is a specialized consultancy firm in air traffic management. We work with a team of air traffic controllers, pilots, aeronautical engineers, business administrators and human performance experts on exciting assignments. Our customers include air traffic control organisations, airports, inspection services and governments. Our areas of expertise include the redesign of airspace and routes, the integration of drones in the airspace, various projects at airports, managing workload and fatigue, and developing a vision and strategy on the training of operational personnel. Within our office there is an open and pleasant atmosphere and nice people who are happy to share their knowledge and experience with you.

In terms of competencies, you will bring: 

  • Relevant academic education, such as cognitive psychology, aerospace engineering, or educational science. 
  • Previous experience in executing and leading projects in the field of human performance in an operational environment is a plus
  • The drive to develop yourself further within a well-regarded consultancy firm in the field of air traffic control. 
  • The talent to communicate clearly in order to achieve optimal cooperation. 
  • Insight and knowledge of our clients’ underlying interests and sensitivities. 
  • Entrepreneurial strength and flexibility.

  • Fluency in both English and Dutch, spoken and written.
