Renée is a dedicated professional with a strong commitment to (aviation) safety and a deep interest in human factors. Her journey began during her Aviation Studies at the Hogeschool van Amsterdam, where she quickly became fascinated by the human aspects of safety. This led to a specialization in applied psychology and valuable experiences with organizations such as Air Traffic Control the Netherlands and the Royal Netherlands Air Force.
As a former Safety Investigator at a major Dutch airline, Renée deepened her expertise by investigating and clarifying complex safety issues. She translates these insights into understandable analyses, ensuring that organizations and individuals are well-informed and can make sound decisions. With her analytical skills, proactive attitude, and focus on collaboration, she strives to contribute to every (safety) project. Renée conducts her investigations with a holistic perspective, connecting theory and practice, always to help others.
Outside of work, Renée is sociable and cherishes time spent with friends and family. She enjoys active outings, lively social gatherings, and creative hobbies. Her diverse interests and energetic personality make her someone who values meaningful connections and joy in her professional- and personal life.
