Inspiring consultant in human performance who embraces complex challenges.

Marian is MovingDot’s lead consultant in the area of human performance in ATM. Experience for many years in the world of human performance at Air Traffic Control the Netherlands, and subsequently as consultant, makes her an inspiring, passionate and creative person. She connects day-to-day operations with scientific insight and loves to uncover complex issues with facts and different perspectives. She effectively uses her skills as a strategist and team player together with her knowledge and insight into the operational and organizational processes. Marian has been active internationally in the field of the human in the ATM system for a long time and is co-chair of the CANSO Human Performance Workgroup.

Marian is able to answer various questions in the field of human performance, fatigue risk management and training. Examples include research into fatigue and development of processes and procedures for fatigue risk management, research and advice in managing workloads, vision and strategy development, and providing human factors training and fatigue risk management workshops.

Marian is communicative and involved as a consultant. She loves to inspire professionals, (senior) management and stakeholders and embraces challenges. Marian also loves to get the most out of herself in her free time. As a fanatic athlete, she can often be found outdoors – rowing, road cycling and running are her ultimate form of relaxation and maximising performance through the combination of technique, endurance, mental strength and teamwork.
